  • Our client, a Christian based parachurch Organization is looking for a Program Officer to lead and guide in advancing their Vision and Mission.

    JOB PURPOSE

    The incumbent will be responsible for Fundraising, Evangelism & Discipleship, and Partnership development.                    

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive fundraising objective.
    • Coordinate university students, Grade 12 graduates/leavers, and OVC alumni.
    • Grow YEMP program (Youth Empowerment Management Program)
    • Maintain effective customer relationships.
    • Maintain customer channels.
    • Maintain a List of Partnerships.
    • Maintain a List of Key Activities.
    • Maintain a List of key Resources.
    • Apply and implement the sector-driven business rules e.g. Children’s rights.
    • Generate and share reports with all interest groups.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma to the role or equivalent certification.
    • Experience working with communities
    • Possess necessary ISO certifications
    • Team management experience and good communication skills
    • Fluent understanding of English language.
    • Excellent computer skills.
