Our client, a Christian based parachurch Organization is looking for a Program Officer to lead and guide in advancing their Vision and Mission.
JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible for Fundraising, Evangelism & Discipleship, and Partnership development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive fundraising objective.
- Coordinate university students, Grade 12 graduates/leavers, and OVC alumni.
- Grow YEMP program (Youth Empowerment Management Program)
- Maintain effective customer relationships.
- Maintain customer channels.
- Maintain a List of Partnerships.
- Maintain a List of Key Activities.
- Maintain a List of key Resources.
- Apply and implement the sector-driven business rules e.g. Children’s rights.
- Generate and share reports with all interest groups.
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma to the role or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with communities
- Possess necessary ISO certifications
- Team management experience and good communication skills
- Fluent understanding of English language.
- Excellent computer skills.
