    JOB PURPOSE

    We are seeking dedicated and hands-on After-Sales Engineers who will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and quality assurance of client swap stations located in Uganda. This role requires close coordination with the Quality Department and customers to ensure timely problem resolution, performance optimization, and compliance with company quality standards.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Perform maintenance and inspection of swap stations in Uganda.

    ·         Investigate and handle quality issues reported by customers in the assigned regions.

    ·         Provide daily feedback on market issues, defects, and solutions to Guangdong SRE.

    ·         Maintain detailed maintenance records for each product and ensure data accuracy.

    ·         Develop and implement inspection and maintenance plans for all SRE products in the domestic market.

    ·         Prepare and submit regular maintenance summary reports to the Quality Department.

    ·         Conduct on-site investigations promptly in response to reported abnormalities.

    ·         Summarize recurring issues identified in the market and propose preventive or corrective measures.

    ·         Ensure all work activities comply with company safety and quality management standards.

     EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    ·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

    ·         Minimum of 1 year of experience in a factory environment

    ·         Experience in vehicle maintenance or electrical appliance repair will be an advantage.

    Skills & Competencies:

    ·         Strong hands-on technical ability and analytical thinking.

    ·         Excellent Communication skills; proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

    ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.

    ·         Ability to work independently and adapt to frequent business trips across regions.

    ·         Responsible, diligent, and proactive in problem-solving.

    ·         Strong sense of teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.

    ·         Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
