Our client is a provider of high-quality home healthcare solutions, dedicated to improving the lives of patients through compassionate and professional care. They are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer (Social Media Manager) to enhance their online presence and drive engagement with their target audience.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media, content creation, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, content marketing, and digital advertising to grow brand awareness and attract potential clients.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, manage, and optimize engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads for home care clients.
- Monitor and manage the company’s social media channels, responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with social media trends to create relevant and high-impact content.
- Engage with the online community, moderating discussions to maintain a positive brand image.
- Optimize landing pages and digital ads for maximum conversion rates.
- Track and analyze social media and marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, including lead generation data and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and share educational content, client testimonials, and industry-related news to enhance brand credibility.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- 5 years’ experience and exposure to working with international companies.
- Proven ability to run successful social media campaigns and digital ads.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and digital advertising tools.
- Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track performance.
- Ability to leverage AI tools in the role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
