Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer in Electric 2&3 Wheelers offering continued renewable energy technology and ride-hailing service provider and affordable transportation solutions through excellent customer service is seeking to recruit and Site Acquisition Lead.

JOB PURPOSE

The Site Acquisition Lead will play a crucial role will be to get large sites for deployment of fast chargers and other swap stations in different territories.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Sourcing for best sites for Swapping stations with high level of power connectivity.

  • Conduct market survey on E-mobility.

  • Identifies and secures potential sites based on company needs and market conditions.

  • Identifies, and manages Swap stations sites and power connectivity activities.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships

  • Negotiating with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favourable terms for sites acquisition.

  • Conducting thorough inspections and investigations to assess the feasibility of a site.

  • Ensuring adherence to zoning laws, regulations, and permits.

  • Communicating with and managing relationships with various stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, and other partners.

  • Preparing reports, maintaining records, and tracking progress on site acquisition projects.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS.


  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/Purchasing and Supplies Management/Business Management

  • High Negotiation & diplomatic skills

  • Experienced in expansion & franchising

  • Minimum of 2-3yrs work experience in similar role

  • Well versed with the local business trends

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
