Our client, a leading consultancy firm in East Africa providing a broad range of HR solutions is seeking to hire a tech-savvy Sales Development Intern.
JOB PURPOSE:
This individual will support the organization’s growth objectives by actively contributing to field sales lead generation activities. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through market research, direct outreach, networking, and community engagement. The intern will help build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by leveraging both in-person interactions and digital tools to track and manage leads.
