Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer in Electric 2&3 Wheelers offering continued renewable energy technology solutions through excellent customer service is seeking to recruit a Battery Swapping Station Supervisor.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Battery Swapping Station Supervisor, you will oversee the operations and customer service experience at the swapping stations ensuring safety, quality service delivery, and operational excellence at the assigned stations.

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Conduct safety assessments and implement preventive measures to ensure a secure charging environment.

  • Ensure satisfactory customer service at the swapping station.

  • Handle customer escalations related to swapping station operations, executive interactions, battery issues and payments.

  • Monitor and maintain Escalation TAT% (Turnaround Time) Targets.

  • Create and manage executive rosters for weekly and monthly shifts.

  • Monitor daily attendance of executives.

  • Plan and execute additional safety responsibilities for the swapping station.

  • Conduct weekly and monthly audits of station assets.

  • Generate daily reports including consolidated attendance, power consumption, faulty battery instances, logistics, swap count, and shift summaries.

  • Motivate and brief the team weekly to enhance service quality and efficiency.

  • Conduct quality checks on station operations during daily visits.

  • Ensure optimal station productivity for the assigned location.

  • Facilitate necessary training for swap executives to maintain service standards.

  • Manage safety protocols and compliance standards.

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS


  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • A proven minimum experience of 2 Years in a supervisory role, preferably in the renewable energy or automotive industry.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance management.

  • Ability to motivate and train team members effectively.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
