Our client is looking for a self-driven individual to fill the role of a Marketing and Administrative Associate for their companies, which operates in various sectors such as furnished apartments, building and construction, architectural design, road works, water works, electrical works, interior design, and renovations.


To drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately increase conversions.



  • Lead comprehensive marketing strategies for furnished apartments, creating engaging content across platforms.
  • Design visually appealing material, conduct market research for competitive positioning, and manage online platforms.
  • Collaborate with management on unit details and promotions while coordinating and organizing open house events and property tours to attract potential tenants.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns, and organize events and property tours.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners and agencies, stay updated on industry trends, monitor KPIs, and propose new digital marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for new digital marketing initiatives and experiments to enhance overall marketing efforts.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners, relocation agencies, and other potential clients to drive business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify construction industry trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for construction products/services.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, employ digital marketing channels, and ensure consistent brand management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organize industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor marketing metrics, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.


  • Provide administrative support by handling scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Responding to guests’ questions. Handling any incoming and outgoing guest emails.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Maintain databases and records related to marketing initiatives and contacts.
  • Assist in managing calendars on the booking platforms and communicating scheduled check-ins.


  • Fresh graduate with a degree or diploma in Communication, Marketing, or journalism.
  • Strong passion for digital marketing and hungry to learn more.
  • Innovative, creative, and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and copywriting is an additional advantage.
