Our client, in the information technology industry, helps IT Companies scale up Engineering Capacity and they are looking to hire a Tender Officer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tendering.
- Prequalification.
- Checking out on available tenders on the dailies and other platforms.
- Delivering of Tender Documents.
- Follow up on the delivered tenders and prequalification.
- Handling quotations.
- Any other duties assigned by your boss from time to time.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma
- Level grade C+ plain.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Tendering and skills in IT products is an added advantage.
- IT product knowledge.
- Effective communication skills.
- ICDL or any certificate in computer Packages.
