Telemarketing Fronter

Location: Nairobi

Salary: Gross salary of Khs. 40,000.00

Our client, an international organization who is a leading provider of language interpretation services is seeking to recruit a Telemarketing Fronter.

The successful candidate will focus on identifying potential leads through outbound calls and transferring them to a closer for further action. This role is straightforward and requires basic communication skills, with no need for email correspondence or complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

•  Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Transfer qualified leads to a closer for further handling.

Communication:

•  Clearly and concisely explain the basic service offering to potential leads.
• Build quick rapport with clients to smoothly transfer them to a closer.

Requirements:

Communication Skills:

• Basic verbal communication skills with medium proficiency in English.
• Confidence in speaking with potential clients over the phone.

Focus on Lead Transfer:

•   Ability to quickly assess if a lead meets the criteria for transfer.
• Comfort with making outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills:

• Self-Motivation: Ability to stay focused on generating leads with minimal supervision.
•  Efficiency: Comfortable with handling a high volume of calls and ensuring leads are transferred promptly.

Candidates Must:

• Have a valid certificate of good conduct / Police Clearance Certificate - Recently acquired within 6 months period.
• To facilitate drop-off after shift, preferred candidates must be living within any of the following areas: Lavington, Kileleshwa, Kawangware/Kabiria/Naivasha Rd, Kangemi, TRM/Roysambu/Zimmerman, South b/c,umoja,donhome, Nairobi West,ngara.
• Be willing to work from 6pm to 2am Nairobi time.
• Mondays to Fridays, Inclusive of Kenyan public holidays that fall within the week.
