  • Our client, a management consultancy firm offering professional development and leadership training services across multiple industries is looking for a young, competitive, hardworking & trusted individual to help build their business activities in the capacity of a Sales & Office Administrator.


    JOB PURPOSE

    The jobholder’s responsibilities will include generating and pursuing sales leads, negotiating deals & maintaining customer relations and office administration. The right candidate must have excellent communication skills and prowess in reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate their services through email, phone and in-person.


    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, networking & social media engagement.
    • Setting up meetings, events and conferences with customers.
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints & objections.
    • Handling incoming calls & other communication.
    • Creating, maintaining & entering information into databases.
    • Report writing and documentation of client sessions.
    • Obtain feedback from prospects & customers for internal sharing & review.


    EDUCATION QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing, communications or relevant field.
    • Proven experience in sales and/or similar role.
    • Experience as a virtual assistant will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent communicator in spoken and written English.
    • Excellent knowledge in MS office.
    • Conversant with social media tools.

    • Able to work with minimal supervision and deliver results.
    • Fast Learner, positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
    • Results driven approach and self-motivated individual.
