POSITION: IT SECURITY & INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD

Job Summary

The IT Security & Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, maintenance, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure, business systems, and end-user computing environment. The role ensures reliable technology services, timely resolution of technical issues, effective system administration, and implementation of IT security controls while supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•     Manage and secure the organization's IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, servers, endpoint devices, and enterprise technologies.
•     Administer Microsoft 365, business systems, user accounts, and enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
•     Monitor security events, coordinate incident response activities, and support remediation efforts to maintain a secure technology environment.
•     Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security controls, access management processes, and compliance requirements.
•     Provide end-user technical support and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
•     Support cybersecurity operations through security monitoring, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
•     Manage user onboarding, offboarding, authentication controls, and access rights across all business systems.
•     Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity operations to safeguard critical organizational data and systems.
•     Maintain IT asset inventories, software licensing records, and technology lifecycle management processes.
•     Coordinate vendor relationships, service delivery activities, contract administration, and technology subscription renewals.
•     Support procurement of IT hardware, software, and services while maintaining effective inventory controls.
•     Ensure compliance with IT policies, support audit activities, and maintain accurate operational and security documentation.
•     Conduct technology training and cybersecurity awareness programs to promote secure and effective technology usage.
•     Support enterprise applications and optimize business systems performance to enhance operational efficiency.
•     Prepare operational reports, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend continuous improvements to IT service delivery and security 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

•     Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or any related field.
•     4–6 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, user support, network administration, and cybersecurity operations
•    Preferred Certifications in Microsoft 365 Administrator, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation, Fortinet NSE, Sophos Certified Engineer
