  • Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer in Electric 2&3 Wheelers offering continued renewable energy technology solutions through excellent customer service is seeking to recruit Battery Swapping Executives across all the counties in Kenya.

    JOB PURPOSE

    As a Battery Swapping Executive, you will be responsible for charging and swapping batteries at the assigned stations, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide satisfactory customer service at the assigned swapping station, completing battery swaps within 2 minutes.
    • Report customer escalations to the supervisor promptly for resolution.
    • Report to the supervisor on station visits and any issues related to batteries, chargers, or safety materials.
    • Provide daily reports to the supervisor before and after duty, including attendance, power consumption, and shift summaries.
    • Monitor and report on battery requirements based on increased swaps.
    • Conduct daily quality checks on the station.
    • Assist customers with using the app for swapping and provide necessary tech support.
    • Undertake additional responsibilities as required based on work requirements.

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS

    • KCSE/ Vocational technical training or a related field.
    • Previous experience in a customer service / sales or any other customer facing roles is preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours.
